PAYMENTS & POLICIES (at my discretion)
This is my only business rant. My terms and conditions really come down to common sense and respect between parties.
Basically if you make arrangements, I make arrangements, so please respect my time as I do yours. I don’t like to negotiate my fees, as I’m sure you don’t negotiate yours with your employer, so please don’t ask as refusal may offend.
Health is important to me. I have a drug free policy, and assume there will not be any illegal substances present. If in the unlikely event I discover any nasties, I leave. If you are drunk and obnoxious, I leave. If you harm or hurt me, I leave… blah blah blah
For those of you that like ‘terms and conditions’ in a more formal format, please read below, but for most of us, as above.
Its a no brainer…
My availability is limited to the CBD in any city. My preference is a min 2+ hours for couples, a min 4+ for social and intimate encounters.
I prefer to visit you, at your hotel.
Happy to arrange a hotel (incall) in most cities by prior arrangement, once deposit is cleared.
‘Meet & Greet’ requires FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE
Within Australia, 50% cleared deposit prior to our first meeting.
International engagements require a 50% deposit, plus any extra travel fees to be paid directly to my travel agent.
Deposits must be made within 48-72 hours of arrangements being made to guarantee my availability.
For your discretion, a cash deposit made at any branch, or electronically. (Cash deposit at a branch will ensure a completely private transaction).
Bank cheques via snail mail within Australia ONLY. I do NOT take traveller checks.
Monies paid as ‘deposit’ must show as CLEARED in my business account prior to my arrival.
ALL PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash is welcome to complete payments once initial deposit has been made.
Credit card and EFTPOS is not available.
For international transactions I will offer you Australian banking details, including a swift code. International transactions can take 7-14 days to clear, depending on the city/country of deposit.
I DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL, WESTERN UNION OR BITCOINS
RE SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS
I understand that there times that time for work and time for pleasure clash, thus the need to reschedule or cancel. As with most professional services, I have set some guidelines to ‘keep it friendly’.
Cancellations must be requested via email to email@example.com
Cancellations in under 24 hours and last minute cancellations will forfeit deposit paid. I’m sorry.
Rescheduled dates must be made within 2 months. Past the 2 months, monies will be forfeited.
I am not unreasonable. I respect the travelling man, and understand that your work and or life commitments may take you further than the city we plan to meet in. In these instances, I am more than happy to refund your deposit paid, less any incurred bank transaction fees or processing fees out of my control.
To make a refund, I will need your full name, account details and a telephone and email address to confirm transaction. Refunds may take up-to 14 days.
As any deposit made to me, will appear in my account, I will not offer you a CASH refund, so please don’t ask.
I am a registered Australian company registered, and can issue your company a tax invoice if required.
Australian GST is included in the total amount paid.
Account details will be offered within 24 hours of appointment confirmation. Deposits must be received in my account no later than 72 hours of receiving details.
Where international travel arrangements are necessary, I will forward details of my travel agent for you to deal with directly.
I do not negotiate my rates, but will consider gifts such as bonds, real estate, boats, prestige vehicles or business shares.
These gifts, of course, will be accepted without assuming they will be returned. Holidays and dinners do not suffice as payment.
